How does it work?
No more missed deliveries and walking back and forth to neighbours, post office or collection point. With the ParcelHome 3, your parcels are delivered safely to your home, even when you are not there.
1) Installation and activation
You choose the configuration that you prefer: wall mounted or freestanding on foot. Afterwards you choose either delivery by bpost (€ 11). Or you choose delivery and installation by our partners – we will install the box at your place (€ 83).
If you choose our installation service, we will contact you for an appointment. You do not have to be at home during the installation if you indicate in advance where the ParcelHome 3ought to be placed. If you install the ParcelHome 3 yourself, we will provide you with all the necessary information. The ParcelHome can be installed on soil, brick, concrete etc…
2) Activation between box and smartphone
You connect the ParcelHome 3 to your smartphone via Bluetooth and with the help of the myParcelHome app.
3) Creation and communication of access codes
You create one-off access codes for various courier services in the app. You then communicate this once in the delivery preferences of the courier services or web shops. You can always create additional codes. Please find additional information on this topic here.
4) Delivery of parcels
Once the codes have been created and courier services have been informed, they will deliver your parcels with their personal code to your ParcelHome 3.
5) Receiving parcels
Your mail and parcels are safely stored in your ParcelHome. As soon as you come close to your box with your smartphone, you will receive a notification of delivery. You open the ParcelHome with the app and take out your package. Handy, easy and fast!
