The box is connected to your smartphone via your phone’s Bluetooth, which is available on almost all Android or iOS phones. There is no need for Wifi. To be able to use the myParcelHome app, you need data connection on your phone.
You can only open the box with your smartphone when you are close enough to receive the Bluetooth connection. However, if you want someone else to open the box when you are not at home you can do so. You will need to generate a code via the app and the person can use this code to open the box.
