It is required by our logistics partner that you are at home during installation or delivery. They will schedule an appointment with you in advance that suits you best. In case of installation, you do not need to prepare anything except for deciding where you want your ParcelHome to be installed. The installation team brings all the required materials to enable a successful installation.
