How does the courier deliver my parcels?

You should create 6-digit personal codes in the myParcelHome app once and synchronize them with the box. Next, you communicate these codes in the courier service’s delivery preferences. When the courier arrives, he/she will consult these delivery preferences. He/She can type the code on the keyboard of the box, after which the door opens and your parcels can be delivered.
