You need to create personal 6-digit codes in the myParcelHome app once and synchronize them with the box. Next, you communicate these codes in the courier service’s delivery preferences. When the courier arrives, they will consult these delivery preferences. They can type the code on the keyboard of the box, after which the door opens and your parcels can be delivered.

In case you hesitate or you can’t enter your delivery preferences on the level of the carrier, you can try to mention the ParcelHome and its code on the webshop itself where you fill in your address and personal details.
